Reporting to the Senior Administrative Officer of the Lazaridis School with academic oversight by the Associate Dean of Business Graduate Programs, the Manager, Business Graduate Programs Office (Lazaridis School) will participate in the development of the strategic plans for the various graduate programs ensuring they are aligned with the Lazaridis School's Strategic plan. The incumbent will have oversight of the admission process, student and curricular supports, and curriculum governance process. The Manager, Business Graduate Programs Office (Lazaridis School) will also provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to both direct reports and those individuals involved in the curriculum for the graduate programs and graduate student support within the Lazaridis School. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in a business-related discipline and a minimum of five years of relevant experience showing progressive increases in responsibilities. Project Management Professional certification is preferred as well as demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, conflict management and problem-solving skills are a must.
