Right now I am applying for jobs while I am studying this course. Struggling to get passed the Interview stage and even getting to the interview stage sometimes. I have 1 year experience in Customer Service Retail. Any tips or guidance that I can follow/use to make sure I am on the right path? I would ideally like to get into a help desk role first so I can have a taster of IT and what it's like working in IT so I can decide what to progress into further down the line.
